This very special cocktail is made with puree from the Quercy melon. This IGP certified melon has an irresistibly sweet taste and soft texture.
Ingredients for 1 cocktail
6 fresh basil leaves
8 cl Ponthier Quercy melon puree
3 cl gin
Sparkling mineral water
Crush some basil leaves with a mudler.
Add the Quercy melon puree and the gin.
Top with the sparkling mineral water.
Decorate with the remaining basil leaves.
