\n3 purple carrots
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>100 ml orange juice
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>1 tbsp lemon juice
\n100 ml Blood orange gin
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>1 tbsp honey
\nBlueberries
\nice cubes
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\nGarnish:
\n8 lychees (seedless)
\n8 blueberries<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nMixer or Slowjuicer
\nSieve
\nCocktailshaker

Spooky Potion<\/h1><\/div>

Peel the lychees and remove the pit. Place a blueberry inside each lychee and set them on a tray in the freezer for about 4 hours. <\/p>\n

Peel the purple carrots with a vegetable peeler and cut them into pieces. Add the carrot pieces and blueberries to a blender (or use a slowjuicer) and blend until smooth. Strain the puree through a fine sieve and collect the juice in a jug. <\/p>\n

Shake this carrot juice with the orange juice, lemon juice, gin, honey and ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Pour into a stylish cocktail glass and add the frozen lychee eyes. <\/p>\n

For the finishing touch: place one lychee eye on a cocktail stick and rest it on the rim of the glass. Who dares to drink this Spooky Potion?<\/p>\n<\/div>
