Bottle gourd, also called Lauki, can be encountered in different forms. Bottle gourd is a young fruit with a smooth, green skin on the outside and deliciously juicy, white-greenish flesh on the inside, just like the zucchini. Bottle Gourdcan be stored for about 1-2 weeks outside the refrigerator. Sliced bottle gourdshould be kept in the refrigerator.<\/p>\n

How to eat<\/span><\/p>\n

Because of the soft taste of bottle gourd, it can be prepared it in different ways. Cut it into slices or cubes and use it in a stir fry dish, soup or stew. bottle gourd is sometimes boiled or steamed and served as a warm vegetable.<\/p>\n<\/div>
