Kaffir limes come from Indonesia and grow in shrubs that can reach a height of 11 meters. The fragrant leaves of this shrub are also widely used in Indonesian cuisine.

Keep kaffir limes in the fridge or on the fruit bowl, as they can be kept for 1 to 2 weeks.
