— FRUIT – CITRUS
Calamondin
Calamondin is a citrus fruit with a unique flavour – a vibrant cross between tangerine and kumquat. Its bold, sour punch and subtle bitterness make it a favourite in Southeast Asian kitchens, especially in the Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia. A true flavour booster: zesty, aromatic and ready to shake things up.
Origin
Our calamondin originates from Portugal. Under the warm Atlantic sun, it’s given alle the time it needs to ripen. The result? Fruits full of flavour and character: fresh and tangy, aromatic, with a subtle bitterness that makes calamondin so unique.
