Origin
This garlic is freshly harvested from the field in France and then hung in sheds for a long drying process. After that, they are braided into beautiful strands and are smoked in large smokers for 12 days.

Smoked garlic has to be kept at a dry place and can be kept of aprox. 1 year.
How to eat
The taste of garlic has become softer because of the smoking. Use it in dishes whenever you’re not looking for a strong garlic scent, but a delicious smoky aroma.
