Spooky Potion
Peel the lychees and remove the pit. Place a blueberry inside each lychee and set them on a tray in the freezer for about 4 hours.
Peel the purple carrots with a vegetable peeler and cut them into pieces. Add the carrot pieces and blueberries to a blender (or use a slowjuicer) and blend until smooth. Strain the puree through a fine sieve and collect the juice in a jug.
Shake this carrot juice with the orange juice, lemon juice, gin, honey and ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Pour into a stylish cocktail glass and add the frozen lychee eyes.
For the finishing touch: place one lychee eye on a cocktail stick and rest it on the rim of the glass. Who dares to drink this Spooky Potion?
