100g smoked salmon
1 ripe avocado
Juice of 1/2 lime
Pepper and salt to taste
1 fingerlime
Fresh dill
Salmon avocado tartlet with citrus caviar
Cut the avocado in half and scoop out the flesh. Place the avocado along with the lime juice, a pinch of salt and pepper into a bowl and blend with an immersion blender until smooth.
Spread a layer of avocado cream on each matzo. Drap the salmon over it like a flower. Cut the finger lime in half and gently squeeze out the pearls. Decorate with the pearls and fresh dill.
