Twenty years ago, a team of passionate French growers began crossing wild red-fleshed apples with high-quality varieties to discover new apples with exceptionally beautiful flesh. After more than 20 years of research, the first Kissabel® orchards in Europe were planted in the spring of 2016.

How to store
Store apples in the refrigerator. They’ll keep there for about 2-4 weeks. You can also store them in the fruit bowl. They’ll keep there for about 3-7 days.
How to eat
With Kissabel® Jaune, every dish becomes an explosion of color! You can eat the apples with the skin on, of course, but you can also peel them, thinly slice them, and use them in a fresh fruit salad. For a warm dish, they can be baked or stewed. And of course, they’re also perfect for apple pie or other sweet dishes.
