This beautiful pink lettuce from Italy is related to the raddichio (red chicory). The leaves have a beautiful pink colour with a white vein in the middle. Raddichio Rosa has the same characteristic, slightly bitter taste as the other radicchio varieties, but tastes a bit sweeter. Its a beautiful eye-catcher on your plate!

How to use
Raddichio Rosa has a slightly bitter taste with a sweet not that can be used in any direction! For ecample, you can make a nice fresh salad with it or use it as a snack and fill the leaves with a mixture of cheese and nuts. Its beautiful pink appearance immediately gives your dish a cheerful touch!
