Origin
The vanilla beans come from the growers in Madagascar and Papua New Guinea. In both countries the growing process is taken care of by families of the vanille farmers, who offer the top quality beans to countries all over the world. The production of vanille beans consists of 2 steps: fermentation and drying. During the fermentation process, the initially green and tasteless beans are transformed into the well-known aromatic and flavorful variety. The drying process of the beans ensures that no mold or spoilage occurs and that the beans are edible.
