500g chicken thigh (sliced into strips)
50 ml hoisin sauce
1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)
1 tbsp oil
360g cooked sushi rice
1 carrot (cut into strips or julienned)
100g wakame
1 ripe mango (cut into cubes)
2 spring onions (thinly sliced)
1 ripe avocado (sliced or cubed)
150g edamame beans
Juice of 1 lime
Furikake
Sriracha mayonnaise

Mix the chicken with the hoisin sauce and garlic, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes. Then, heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side.
Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the package and divide it amoung four bowls. Distribute the chicken, carrot, wakame, mango, spring onion, avocado, and edamame over the rice. Drizzle with lime juice and garnish with furikake and sriracha mayonnaise.
