1 fresh guanabana or 1 pack of guanabana pulp
2 mini pineapples
Juice and zest of 1 lime
Shredded coconut for decoration

Piña Guanabana

In case of using fresh guanabana: halve the guanabana, remove the core with a knife, and extract the seeds. Blend in a blender until smooth. Place the puree in a freezer-safe container and then place it in the freezer until completely frozen. In caseof using guanabana pulp: place the entire pack in the freezer until completely frozen. Then, cut the packaging loose from the frozen guanabana.

Halve the mini pineapples and scoop out the flesh with a spoon or knife, leaving a hollow space.

Blend the pineapple flesh, juice of 1 lime, and the frozen guanabana in a blender until it forms a smooth sorbet.

Scoop the sorbet into the mini pineapples and garnish with shredded coconut and lime zest.
