Lemon grass could be kept in the fridge for a couple of weeks.
How to eat
Sereh is used in the Asian kitchen as a seasoning for multiple dishes. Knead or knot the lemon grass and put in on a dish. Steam the dish thereafter and the flavour of lemon will be added to your meal. Lemon grass can also be cut into small rings for a salad or curry pasta.
