Origin
Our young coconuts come from Thailand and after picking they are stripped of their green bark by cutting them into the shape of a house. In the past, monkeys were used to pick coconuts from the tall palm trees. Fortunately, they have better solutions for this nowadays: a long stick with a hook on it or strong men who climb the trees, as shown in the video below.

How to eat
Santa Coco Coconuts offer a wonderful tropical experience with their refreshing water and soft flesh. These coconuts are harvested at an early stage, so the water is naturally sweet and very suitable for drinking, but the soft flesh also tastes fantastic. You can also blend the coconut water with your favorite fruits, such as bananas, berries or mangoes to make delicious and nutritious smoothies. Or scoop out the soft meat from the inside and use it in a dish such as salads, stir-fries, curries or desserts. But coconut also comes into its own in desserts. Consider, for example, coconut pudding, coconut ice cream, or coconut cake. The natural sweetness of young coconut adds a tropical touch to any dessert
