200g pure chocolate (min. 70%)
Grated coconut

A pinch of salt

Frozen Choc-Yogurt Blueberry Bar
Mix the yogurt with honey and gently fold in the pomegranate seeds, blueberries and puffs. Set aside a few pomegranate seeds and blueberries for garnish.
Use a silicone bar of snack mold and spread the yogurt mixture in an even layer of about 1.5 cm thick. Melt the chocolate using a a bain-marie or in the microwave (stirring every 30 seconds), let it cool slightly and pour it over the yogurt mixture. Sprinkle with shredded coconut, slivered almonds, a pinch of salt and some chili flakes. Place in the freezer for about 3 hours or until firm.
Remove the frozen yogurt-chocolate bars from the freezer and gently press them out of the silicone mold. Garnish with some pomegranate seeds, blueberries and chili flakes for the perfect presentation.
Alternative: If you don’t have a silicone bar or snack mold, you can also use a small baking sheet and line it with baking paper. Pour the yogurt mixture over it in an even layer of about 1.5 cm thick and follow the other steps. When frozen, cut the yogurt-chocolate into bars.

– FRUIT
Pomegranate
The pomegranate looks like a large, pinkish-red apple with a leathery skin. When you break or cut the pomegranate, you will see the countless red seeds. These seeds taste sweet and slightly sour and have a wonderful crunchy bite. They are therefore often used as a topping for yogurt and salads.
