How to store

An unripe avocado cocktail is hard and it is best to store it a pantry at a temperature of 12 to 15 degrees so that it can ripen for a while. Cocktail avocados stay green, but soften a bit as they ripen. Then it is best to eat them as soon as possible and not keep them too long.
