Mango ceviche is a delicious salad due to the surprising combination of mango, limequats, aji limo and coriander. The aji limo chili gives this dish a delicious Peruvian flavor, spicy with a hint of citrus!

For this salad we used beautiful aromatic red pomelos and combined them with shrimp, Readylicious® avocados and a delicious coconut-lime dressing.
