Cut the fresh fig into halve and place them in a bowl together with a sprig of rosemary. Gently press the figs and rosemary with the back of a spoon to release the flavors and allow them to mix.
Then spoon this into the cocktail shaker and add the gin. Cut the lime in half and squeeze it over the cocktail shaker. Add the ice cubes and shake firmly until all the flavors are well mixed.
Pour the drink through a sieve into a cocktailglass and fill it with Tonic. Stir gently and serve the cocktail with a slice of fig and a sprig of rosemary as garnish to complete the presentation. Enjoy this deliciously fresh Winter Spice Spritz!
