Spring is finally here, and the countdown to Easter has begun—two days filled with joy and togetherness with family and friends, where we fully enjoy delicious food.
The smell of freshly baked rolls is in the air, and the shops are filled with brightly colored Easter eggs! Everything is being brought out again for a festively set Easter table, but this year we’re doing things a little differently. We’re giving the Eatser celebration an exotic twist!

Mangosteen
This special fruit is known as one of the most delicious fruits in the world, which is available all year round! The white flesh under the thick skin is soft and is similar to lychees in taste and structure. Mangosteen is cultivated on a small scale, making it a fairly rare fruit.

The carambola is as well named star fruit. This fruit got its name from the fact that when you cut it into slices, it resembles a star. The flesh of the carambola is very juicy, yellow and a bit tart. A ripe carambola is firm and has a bright yellow skin. The more yellow colour of the skin, the sweeter the taste.
