40 ml Dry Gin

30 ml Shiso Leaves / Kaffir Lime Leaves syrup

10 ml lime juice

70 ml gingerbeer

Icecubes

Kaffir Lime and Shiso Green Leaves to garnish

Cocktail Leaves & Lime

Pour the gin, syrup and the lime juice together in a cocktail shaker. Fill it up with icecubes.

Shake it for about 12 seconds. Pour it through a sieve in a glass and fill it up with gingerbeer and icecubes. For the finishing touch garnish it with some Kaffir Lime Leaves and Shiso Green Leaves. Cheers!

For some extra spice, you can add a red chili pepper.
