80g cooked shrimps

1 spring onion

1 red onion

1 lime

1 Readylicous® avocado

3 fingerlimes


Mini tortillas with finger lime pearls

Cut the spring onion into thin rings and the red onion into thin half moons. Mix the red onion with the juice of half a lime and let it stand.

Puree the avocado with the juice of the rest of the lime and season with salt and pepper.

Spread the avocado on the mini tortillas and then top with the shrimps, spring onion, red onion, finger limes and some coriander.



Finger limes can best be described as citrus caviar.
